Youth Soccer

We are excited to introduce our new soccer partner Georgia Express FC.  Founded in 2008, Georgia Express offers Recreational and Academy soccer in the Shakerag/Cauley Creek area of Johns Creek.  The Rec program is for boys born 2008-2019 and the girls born 2012-2019.  For U10-U16 age groups, practices are twice a week on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s for 90 minutes each. U6-U8 teams practice once a week for 60-75 minutes, with the specific day of the week determined by their volunteer coach.  All teams will play an interleague schedule against other Rec teams.

Georgia Express offers Academy soccer for boys born 2007-2017 and girls born 2013-2017.  Academy teams train Monday’s and Wednesday’s for 90 minutes, play games Saturday’s and some Sunday’s against other Academy teams, and play one-two tournaments in the greater Atlanta area each season.  Academy is a one-year commitment (Fall 2023-Spring 2024).  Players may be added throughout the year to an Academy team.  All practices and games are coached by a professional trainer rather than parent volunteers.  Academy soccer is for players looking for more advanced training and development.  To arrange for a tryout, complete the Georgia Express Academy Tryout form.  A coach will then invite your player for a tryout at Cauley Creek Park with the specific age group.  We currently have open spots for girls born 2013-2016 and boys born 2010-2017.
